Today was the closing assembly for our service project at Jennie P Stewart Elementary!
They had emphasis on children's health and of course... service!
I even had a chance to "be healthy" by jumping rope IN my sash and crown!
The students made a paper loop and collected them for each hour of service they did.
Wow! Over 500 hours of service completed by these tenacious schoolers!
Russon Brothers Mortuary donated $1.25 for each service loop. Their generous donations were given to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! Thank you so much! These hospitals do so much for kids in need and it's great to see communities get involved!
The service chain is growing and growing and...
growing! After only two weeks they have a service chain that loops their whole gym!
Congratulations and Thank You to Jennie P Stewart Elementary and all their kids!!!
